DMD
Dr. Pedersen completed a residency in Advanced General Dentistry at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry, focusing on complex surgical and restorative care. He is always looking to give back to the community and has volunteered domestically and abroad to provide diagnostic and surgical care.
Dr. Allison Hopkinson
DMD
Dr. Allison Hopkinson has received the American Association of Orthodontics Award for excellence. She is an avid member of dental associations and societies and enjoys sports, hiking and spending time with friends and family.
Dr. Laura Immanuel
DMD
Due to the lack of dental education in her home country of Indonesia, Dr. Immanuel spent most of her childhood in the dental chair. There she sympathized what it was like to be a scared dental patient. Now with 23 years of experience as a general dentist, her expertise and compassion helps ease the nerves of her anxious patients.

Periodontist
Dr. Kendal Lin has extensive education at institutions such as the University of Virginia, the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, and Harvard University where she earned a Master of Medical Sciences in Oral Biology. Outside of work, Dr. Kendal enjoys time with her dogs, traveling, taking yoga classes, and cooking.
Dr. Patrick Hoye
Endodontist
Dr. Patrick Hoye commissioned in the United States Army where he served as a general dentist. In 2021 he earned his specialty certification in Endodontics.

My appointment with Maynard Family Dentists was easy to schedule for a time that worked with my schedule, and the staff was welcoming when I arrived. My appointment began on time, and the hygienist was courteous, professional, and clearly experienced. Dr. Pedersen was thorough while being gentle, listened to my concerns, and offered treatment advice that was easy to understand. From start to finish, the focus was on the patient. I highly recommend Dr. Pedersen and Maynard Family Dentists to anyone, any age.

I had to go for an emergency appointment and from the start felt very comfortable and at ease. Everyone from the front desk to the dental hygienist was AMAZING!
