If you have dental insurance, we’ll look into your insurance plan for you and calculate your out-of-pocket costs.

Billing
We will mail you a monthly bill, please call our office if your monthly bill does not reflect your insurance payment within 4 – 6 weeks as it does take insurance companies a few weeks to respond. Any amount due after insurance has been paid is your responsibility to cover.
